There are a bunch of things I’ve been meaning to post but haven’t gotten around to it (MBA is kicking my butt). So even though most of you are already fully aware of these (trending/dying) trends I don’t care and am posting them anyway. Here goes:

Text with far off shadow (more distance than the 90s)

Objects over water

Photos over other photos

Usually the photos on top are squares or rectangles and the background images are typically water, scenery, landscapes or even more popular, desert sand.

Marble

Just look at my background image (does that count?).

Mauve

All you need to do is visit chromefoam. he/she’s been on it for a while now (not to mention Sailor Moon and other obscure girly anime, 3D objects, spheres, seashells, ad ad infinitum.

White Columns

These came in with marble. But, note the wave distortion. Another trend.

Extra Spaces
